New Product Wednesday: Sierra Nevada Stout & Stoneground Mustard

Welcome back to New Product Wednesdays!  The blog post where I review products that are new to me.  This week, I am writing about Sierra Nevada Stout & Stoneground Mustard.  You may be thinking "Hey wait, isn't Sierra Nevada a beer?"  Why yes it is, intelligent and sexy blog reader!  I was in a grocery store in Portland, Oregon buying a bottle of Oregon's own Beaverton Foods' Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard.  (Delicious, delicious stuff!).  Sitting harmlessly near the Beaver Sweet Hot Mustard, was the Sierra Nevada mustardsBeer and mustard?  Now that is a combination I can stand behind!

This is one incredibly delicious mustard.  If you like hearty, robust, full-bodied stoneground mustards, then get yourself a jar of Sierra Nevada Stout & Stoneground Mustard.  This mustard was amazing on a ham and Vermont cheddar cheese sandwich on marble rye bread.  Delicious!!  My only regret is that I should have paired the sandwich with a Sierra Nevada beer!

If you want to really expand on the theme - how about adding some Sierra Nevada Stout & Stoneground Mustard to a beer cheese fondue?  Try it out!
